Infect The World App Reviews

My friend played the Pandemic game on the computer and thats how I found this app for games like it. My only problem with it is it will occasionally glitch out and not allow you to look at the status of the individual countries or zoom out. It doesnt really affect the game all that much but it can get annoying. I just wish it had a world population feature to track your methods better than just by country. All in all I love playing it to pass time.

I loved the game, but the glitches eventually led me to delete it. More often than not, the zoom function and the function that allows me to view country info stop working. Other times, I get incorrect notifications saying a country has closed its borders or become infected, when that country has already done those things.

This game is great, but Ive noticed a few things. For one, you cant alter resistances, no biggie. For two, the energy bar isnt big enough, most countries require two natural disasters at the same time to disrupt progress on a cure. This becomes impossible when multiple countries begin working on cures at the same time, because you dont have enough energy, one category one hurricane leaves you with barely enough energy to make an earthquake. Which leads me into my next point, you can only rotate around a hurricane to alter its strength twice, though it seems like you should be able to do more, not sure whether its a bug or not. The last troubling, no, irritating thing is that as the population goes up, the number of infected people goes down. It would seem to me that this number should only stay the same, or increase, not fluctuate with the population, once infected those people should stay infected right? This also happens with number of deaths. The number of people killed should only either stay the same, or go up, regardless of population fluctuations. It makes no sense that I could go from 40,000 killed to 38,000 killed just because the population went up 2000.

99% of the time when the research is complete, the app crashes so the records are never recorded. Rather annoying since it also happened the one time I beat the game as well.

I liked when I could tell what the visibility for my virus was. Its still semi good but as I read crashing is my main problem. Thats all. Thank you. BYE!!!

Is pretty basic compared to other world infection games, the other ones are a lot nicer then this app. However it is nice however that they made a lite version, so please try the lite, before you buy this app.

Its a fun game but with such limited energy you cant really stop cure research. It gets even harder when multiple countries work on cures. If that is fixed it would be a five star game.
